SPARKLERS CD WINS PRESTIGIOUS NURSERY AWARD

In May 2009 Sparklers CD was voted Best Day Nursery in Scotland by the NDNA (National Day Nurseries Association).  We were in the shortlist of 3 nurseries throughout Scotland and were delighted to win the national prize, this was a fantastic achievement especially as we only launched Sparklers CD in August 2008.

The NDNA National Day Nursery of the Year award is designed to recognise the exceptional care being offered to children in day nurseries throughout the UK.  This prestigious and well-respected award is the only one that is voted for by parents which makes it extra special.

We travelled to York on May 20th and were presented with our award by Claire King, former Emmerdale & Bad Girls actress.  Owner Ros White said 'It was a fantastic achievement for such a young business.  It was possible because of the high quality and work ethic of our motivated team of staff throughout the nurseries.  They have all worked very hard and deserve this recognition.'
